2. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange:

Provide your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. Exchange Process
Once your request is approved:
Return Shipment: You must return the item to our warehouse within 7 business days.
Replacement: Once the item is received and inspected, we will ship the correct or replacement item at no additional cost (for eligible claims).
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
Misuse: Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
Final Sale: Products marked as Clearance / Final Sale.
Late Requests: Products returned after 7 days without prior communication.
5. Shipping Fees
Company Error: If the error is ours (e.g., wrong or faulty item), we will cover all shipping costs.
Customer Choice: If the exchange is requested for other reasons (e.g., buyer error), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
